This is, in my opinion, probably the first time that many newer investors have faced such challenges. I would encourage you not to change your strategies, not to make emotional decisions. It's a very lippery slope, especially at a young age. For all the people out there that have been patiently waiting to purchase an asset such as a home, i suspect they will follow the equity markets. And therefore you will be rewarded for your patience.
