How to Create a Problem Evaluation Session
It's very important as a product manager to first of all understand the problem. The next step is after you have created the starting app, it's important to go back to your engineering team and pitch that story map. You also need to get the sign-off from the team because if you agree on MVP or the first version you build, it must not only come from you, it must also be agreed and accepted by the team as well. And then definitely then you have had already product designer as part of the session, et cetera, to sit them down together with your team and start planning further steps.
