Getting Feedback From Your Students
Don't burn yourself out with teaching as many classes as possible, says Godaryou. Get feedback at the end of a course to give you an opportunity to refine your approach and learn from it. If you have a good relationship with that student, just ask them how they feel about what you've done so far. Don't be afraid to take time off if there's no other way for you to decompress or recharge.
