What Is Decoupling?

The only time American companies have ever sort of pulled out of China, like on mass or tried to was ironically in 2011. They were trying to pull out because of the Wukong riots and this like massive surge of strikes in China. And suddenly all these companies were like, Oh my God, China might not be able to suppress the working class hard enough. Then they got horribly crushed. The US and Chinese economies are inexturably bound to each other and they're going to continue to be. It doesn't 18 when Trump was doing the trade. Why it didn't happen then is a mystery.
