How to Recognize Your Clients

For most of us, we just pass on our client's feedback. Recognition can come in many forms though. I'm interested in what you've found to be the most effective forms of recognition. You can't just repeatedly thank the whole team every two weeks. Just put it on auto, auto-set and awesome. We do something very similar. In fact, we have a Slack channel which is called client love, which is where our customers gush about to send it. It really helps to keep people visible and have that visible connection to what they're doing day to day. That's really effective.
