When I arrived to Guayi, Guayi had put together this task force. And basically all hell was breaking loose over this effort to do something about this problem between sort of the cat people and the wildlife people. This subcommittee of a task force gets really ugly. It centers around a man with the most cat love in his heart in all of Hawaii.
