Herb Coddington's License Plate

Herbert coddington, 28, was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend and her friend. The two women were found dead in their trailer after police broke down a bedroom door to find them locked inside. Coddington is charged with first-degree murder; he has since been released on bail.
