I think we've become terrified. Where we used to think that the human meaning was about holiness or sanctity or courage or goodness, is now about safety. And i would say it's very interesting to me that fear, absolute fear, is a lot more endemic among the privileged classes than among the less privileged classes. But there's this absolute sense, you will not take my life away from me. And we've seen it been growing. I actually put a lot of the start of this in post modernism.
