Building a Relationship Is Important

When you have a basis of trust you can help each other grow by providing critical feedback easier. I think that some building a relationship is important for an environment where good feedback can be given. The more like selfish answer I guess is that I want to enjoy my work. There's been so much of our time at work and it's just exhausting to have to be anyone but yourself for that time while you're at work.
