Namura was listing in the States and we'd use some Japanese accounting to keep me off balance sheet. I think from a personal point of view, I would love to have stayed with Namura through my entire career. We started back in that 95 people to company called Phoenix. It was really very simple. The pubs were largely owned by brewers and the brewers looked at pubs as ways of selling beer. To us, the beer was just one of the products you could sell for a pub. So what we changed was the operating metrics. And so we moved the pubs from just focusing on beer to focusing on what actually made sense for them.
