What Are the Really Key Hires?

A lot of people make a mistake here, right? They use they try to find one person to kind of fit all these roles. And my immediate thought whenever I hear that or whenever I'm like, yeah, this role is really hard to fill. But just again, let's go back to the custom home building analogy. If I don't have somebody with a checklist saying this is going to be ... we're just going to be in bad shape, right?
