Is There a Culture of Excellence in Engineering?
Most of the feedback and advice that people give in the industry is not that great. To look thus back what we were saying earlier is that most of what makes a healthy engineering culture, just a healthy company culture in general,. treating people as people ono do onto others. At should like to do o to you and care about how people feel more than what you say. Do you think that because we live in an industry where we promote the outliers, that have one or two amazing traits all the way into the top of our organization?
