The average person stays three, three years at a job. Pensions are gone. It's easier to hop to another place and get that promotion you're looking for than it is to get promoted from within. If you get a good junior developer, it's an amazing experience. But especially with, with junior level developers, it can be way more difficult because they don't have the background knowledge on some things.
