You need to build that adviser relationship with your general counsel, with your vipio finance or c f o. These are the two roles that is harder to know whether you need to trust them before they are able ei to prove themselves. It's tough for the founders to be interacting directly with an outside council because they have many of other things going on. But if your business is getting complex, hire the person that you interact with most. Solicit people's feedback, opinions. The a fantastic answer can come from the most junior employee in ou organization and it doesn't really matter.
