Getting Back to Workouts
It's a great time for you to think about designing your life for the future. Schedule some time, whether it's takin an afternoon off or regroup and kind of frigrin out where you can actually plug those projects in. Get back to regular routines with the jim - i have what they call frozen shoulder. Food prep: You're probably getting tired of the same old pot roast right? But this is a great opportunity to get better with just planting your food out a little better.
