WH Questions Have a Falling Pitch

There are languages that have both a phonemic script and logograms. These are, these are been somehow reduced all the way just to ideograms. A falling pitch denotes the completeness of the thought being uttered. This arising pitch is also used with exclamations and yes, no questions.
