Is There a Need for Improvement?

I'm curious if you would speculate about where there is a need for improvement. I don't imagine this is a fruitless exercise. There must be some improvements that could be made with additional effort and time and energy. But maybe there's a ceiling as well. People could wake up in the morning and make a decision that day about how they're going to change the landscape, and the historical data might not reveal their choices.
