I think there's two ways you can make money in real estate. You can make money by picking a great deal, or riding a big wave. And i've donean i've had good successes both ways. But i feel likend if you're oing to go sailing, you want the tail wind. I see that technology trend combined witha general migatory pattern of moving to the sun belt. We're all about trying to capture that trend as affortibly and as efficiently as we can.
