Is There a Labor Shortage in Ranching?

The labor shortage in issue and ranching is huge, and it's a problem. But i'd really want to hear your perspective on the ranch hand side of things. So you've worked on multiple operations as a ranch hand. And what would you say is the main thing that really you want to stay at a place?
