The signal to me seems to be that there's basically a direct overlap of average muscle length and the absolute muscle length. So I'm not like you. I can't reference authors and stuff like that. Like when we're looking at preacher curl incline curl, we can look at that as an example of will the incline curl have shoulder extension. And then the other one was the lying tricep extension where we had full range of motion versus basically a partial that a bleed went from 45 degrees down to 90 degrees.
