How to Deal With Anxiety and Depression

20% at least of women going through this menopausal transition stuff are from depression. There is absolutely a place for getting help. I would advocate HRT where women are able, but some can't take it and they don't want to as well. We need beans in order to produce the serotonin and the melatonin. These are found again in tofu, nuts, seeds, fruit, chicken, cheese. The good proteins, peas, tuna, eggs, all of those sorts of foods can actually really help us and just lifts the mood.
