The way I teach it is just like think of them as masks or different hats that you're wearing. And you're going to want to change them depending the situation that you're in. It's a powerful thing to understand that rather than a conversation of demonizing like person bad people good like that type of a thing like black and white like that. But if we don't establish that first, and we just try to do everything else, it's not going to work for us because you're not establishing that status and standing. So this is how I think of it.
