Biden's State Visit to Russia - I'll Sit Down With Mr Putin
President Biden used his first state visit to demonstrate unity with Francis and Manuel Macron on Ukraine. He said that so far he's resisted talking to Putin since the invasion, but would be willing to sit down with him in certain circumstances. There is a slight tonal shift from where we were a few months ago when it really seemed that Putin was going to be forever ostracised by the international community.
