Python 3.11 Task Groups and Async Errors

There was no good way to handling errors. So now we have accept star, which is what generalizes accept and works with groups. You can say accept star socket error and then it will just extract all the socket errors from the group and give you those and automatically re-raise everything else. That's basically the idea.
