We're on our fourth house yeast strain really yes so in the early days and that you know if you're going to make an IPA it should be dried out really well because kind of all these west coast references. WLP 007 which is the with the stone strain it kind of had British roots to it and it it was a but you know bio converter for us and but not reliably so and not to the degree that lots of others were. We loved it we loved it but we also wanted to understand what else could be out there that could drive more character or flavor.
