How to Measure Your Position on a Watch

Inertial measurement units are tiny, vibrating pieces of metal inside of these that are etched out or silicon. They're etched out and doped in a certain way to allow you to take measurements with no moving parts. And the relative position is just at each timestamp how you've movedBasically, how you're oriented or how you're accelerating. So it's kind of like almost like a Google Maps type thing where somebody walks through a mall recording signal strengths.
