The Problem With the Establishment
Noah Smith: It is very funny to talk about how John interrupts and goes on. The person it's most, most fun to talk about was Noah, who was almost like the orderlies were in there and they had the Hannibal Lecter mask on his head. I think that part of the problem is that with this establishment stuff, the establishment is as balkanized as everything else. And so, but people don't internalize that. So what they think is they're looking at the piece of the Arctic shelf that is broken off, that is the part of the establishment they choose to recognize. They still think it covers the entire establishment.
