The Anti-Eugenics Argument
The author argues that the reason why kids resemble a parent is largely genetics. All behavioral genetic research has been done in first world countries, he says. There are some interesting studies of transnational adoption of kids who were taken at birth from third world countries and grow up in first world country. He thinks we can use this research to get a lower bound on how bad the effects of growing up in the third world are.
