Excess oxalate deposition can cause kidney stones, nephrocalsinosis and other conditions. If you get bladder symptoms, if you have painful bladder, nighttime urination, frequent urination, high thirst, these can all be signs of oxalate poisoning. I did have a client whose only problem was bladder stones. He never had arthritis and all the other things that can come with oxalates. It's neurotoxic. It messes up the nerves in many ways. And it ends up depositing and connected tissues.
