If you can describe what you want your fitness to look like, you can then start figuring out later or get people to help you figure out later how to make that come true. It's kind of like our friends, Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy said in their book, Who Not How, it becomes a who problem, not a how problem. We're helping each other cross off things on our bucket list, but we're also helping hold people accountable. I'm right now 43 pounds lighter than I was 11 years ago. That really is. Beautiful.
