Dot Voting Is Subjective

Using dot voting, people can vote on which projects they believe should be prioritized. If that doesn't work, you can also give teams $100 or whatever currency and ask them how much money they would spend on each project. You definitely need objectivity when it comes to prioritization because everybody wants to prioritize their projects. It's really important to make sure people are thinking beyond the things that they want to achieve and what is best for the organization as a whole.
