What if the Photon Had the Mass of the Top Quart?

Thomas, from a terrer, who's nine years old. Curious about what happens if the photon had the mass of the top quart. If that happened, then electromagnetism would be much weaker than it is to day. We although i guess beings that arose in that universe would think this is totally natural. How could it be any other way?
