She escaped to australia with her teammates after they were beaten up by their father and brothers for playing socker in Afghanistan. The story shows how hard it is to become a professional footballer in afghanistan, even though there are many talented female players. Mike says she wanted to show girls what could be done if you had the power to do anything.
