How to Play Numenera in Fallout 3

Cypher is a generic system that would be easy to run and teach you all. The GM only needs to remember whatever the level of the creature or task you are trying to do. You have levels from one to ten. And if you pay attention, you can't roll a 30 on a 20 side of dice. Level 10 would be times three to beat it. It would be a 30. Use your effort and stuff to make that number go down. But early on, you really don't have to worry about 30s. Most of the early game stuff is like level two and level three. Stuff that you could roll easily, especially if you use effort.
