Otho's Dilemma

Otho was born in 32 BC, making him by far the youngest of the four emperors. He and Nero had a falling out over Otho's wife, Papia Sabina. To deal with this problem, Nero appointed Otho governor of Lusitania. But when his neighbor Galba declared his intention to take control of the empire though, Otho seized on it.
