The Northeast Is Showing Signs of Life in the Market

I think we're finally starting to see inventory increase, which is huge for buyers who've been struggling a little bit through the spring market with a lack of inventory. The Northeast has been much stronger. There was a NAR pending sales report that came out and the Northeast region out of the four regions was up the most month over month on pending sales. Not only is the Northeast fighting inventory, but it's being absorbed very quickly. That's obviously reducing inventory. We were talking this morning a little bit, you're seeing at least in the last seven days a turn on inventory. Maybe that's the start of it.
