The challenge is not so much around convincing companies that they should do the research, although i'm sure there are still teams that need to advocate and evangelize for this. But definitely, if your organization or culture is not user centred, you probably will need to spend time on that before. So it's a very good idea, i think, to start by listening to them. I was trying to take a snapshut of how each of these steps looks like for people who pren their own research. And then from their identifying like, ok, what needs to be done, and trying to be very glanuar in saying, these are the tasks that needs to be completed.
