What's the Difference Between a Product of Nature and a Design?

If everything is created, then how can we make a distinction between those things that are created from most things that are the product of nature? Right? If everything is the product of God's divine handicraft, then we shouldn't be able to tell the difference or arguably we would have difficulty doing so. We understand what created by what we see, what we know. But we can see something that is created and something that is not created. And I don't think God's plausible.
