I think having that stronger connection between business and schools can be really important as part of a more structured approach to career advice. I would say also that applies when it comes to universities too and other forms of research institutes that it can be quite critical for them to be engaging with schools. Maybe actually we need to see this being much more joined up across the board. The issue that we have is if there's only 5% of leadership positions filled by women, we're asking them to spend a huge amount of their time coming out and showcasing what they do. This is the pressure that you then come under if you are unique in the position that you hold. And often we forget about that
