We need to practice delayed gratification more often as well. This can look something like waiting two minutes after your thirsty before taking a sip of water. You'll see a big change by bringing in this idea of incremental gratification and delayed gratification into your daily life. My third tip is to not to get caught up in your failures. There is no such thing as failure only lessons. Any long term goal, like I said, is going to come with setbacks. And it's going to come With hard work, and it's going To come with sacrifices.
