Seychell: I use a panda planner for that. And it pretty much has like you start your day with it and you've got three things that you're grateful for. You've got your habits, which for me, it's always water and vitamins. It's got your one focus for the day. There's affirmation spot for affirmation. Has your schedule and then it has your priorities and it has your wins at the bottom. So I just fill that in every day and of course I'm always looking at my schedule, but like writing it down seems to like make it stick in my head more.
