Russian President Vladimir potin is acting in an 'extraordinary manner', says John Defterios. He believes the pretext for russia's invasion of ukraine is simply to seize as much of ukrane as you can. Some people are suggesting that Potin may be slightly deranged, but i wouldn't know - he has been in power for 24 years. But not all Russian people would support his actions and I'm sure a lot of them don't even understand what's going on.
