How does a leader demonstrate authority in a genuine and authentic way? I think that's the part that people really struggle with. People who are insecure talk about themselves, but people who are confident talk about others. What we want to do is just get really good at what we do and then say, hey, I can solve your problem. And you really don't have to say a whole lot more than that.
