The Benefits of LSM Trees for Data Mining
LSM trees are very efficient on writes. They get much better right speed and something like a B plus tree typically for random writes. You do suffer in things like like range scans. But really good. We moved off of bolt from as actual main storage. Now the largest user of bolt is inflex DB, right? No, no, inflex ended up they have their own format for a time series. That's more efficient. The Bolt piece is more of a stopgap.
