M.E.B. is basically the category of incentives that miners or whoever's executing transactions have to profit from the transactions in the MetaMask system. So when you sign a transaction in MetaMask, it goes into a M.O.B. with a bunch of other transactions. But there's another way that people can profit from those transactions which is by sandwiching transactions or inserting their own transactions. There are opportunities like that where there's some incredibly skilled in writing solidity or even in lower level, a Yule assembly language and can really make gas efficient contracts.
