How to Get Deals Done in the Current Interest Rate Environment

In California, there's warehouse moratoriums that 11 different sub markets that had a prohibition on warehouse development. So you have some of these states where they're not even opening up new land for supply. Not only can you not go vertical, but you can't even get land to add new land for it for that class B. We just put our first deal under contract in six months a week ago, we're actually sending it out to our investors either tonight or tomorrow. It'll be interesting to see how that raise goes. But the markets, I feel like we're closer to finding a market than not.
