The Importance of Sleep Quality

I generally don't help people with sleep until they have problems because sleep optimization can actually backfire. If there's nothing to optimize, you start thinking of, you know, I need to sleep on my sleep quality and that itself generates stress,. That's also why I'm not a big fan of monitoring. For one, the apps that monitor sleep quality really aren't very good. And secondly, by monitoring it, really, you just need to know, do you wake up naturally feeling well rested at a relatively consistent time of day? The most important thing to measure sleep quality is poly-summering with the brainwaves in particular.
