Is It a Russian Strategy?
The russian strategy is changing on all sorts of different fronts. But to answer your question, it seems that everything was banked on this idea of a rapid takeover. There doesn't seem to have been any groundwork laid in terms of public opinionand to try to get people on board with a massive military effort. And they now are being completely outclassed in the propaganda war by the ucranians. They were just told they were doing manoeuvres on the border,. i think, because russians didn’t want the operation to leak or for there to be dessent in their ranks. It's hard for me tom vote tevote once they start treating this
