The Advantages of Flex Fuel Cars

Photovoltaics could make cars that run 100% on alcohol. The advantage is that of course these are carbon neutral. It's not going to solve the CO2 problem, the global warming problem with biofuels. This is a proof of concept laboratory phenomenon. We would need to know that it could work at a high scale.
