How to Use Curiosity in Your Nonprofit Work
In the nonprofit industry, especially in the last 20 years, those organizations are very flat. So when we come to the table, it's interesting to look at people and watch the nonverbal skills. You can have somebody who sits there and doesn't say anything, but they can have some of the best ideas if they would just talk. Those are people that don't want to be put on the spot. And then you have people has ideas too and love to engage like me. So I just try to tease them out a little bit more one on one. But you know, what are your thoughts?
